  • What do I have to pay for the repairs?

    Go care extended warranty program covers the cost of spare parts and labor for the covered asset on an onsite service basis.
    Following are some scenarios wherein customer may have to bear full or a part of cost –

    • If spare parts are not covered in the program and are required to be replaced/ repaired
    • If the unit has to be transported to nearest service center, customer will have to bear the transportation cost
    • If the value of the repairs be collectively of greater value than the invoice value, then customer shall bear the difference amount of the loss or damage.

  • Why should I buy an Extended Warranty plan?

    Manufacturer’s warranty is usually limited to 1 or 2 years and in exceptional cases it may be 3 years also. After expiry of manufacturer’s warranty, customer may be required to spend a lot of money in the event of breakdowns (appliance failures). With an extended warranty plan, customer can extend the warranty period by an additional 2 years and protect themselves from any expenses in the event of appliance breakdowns.

  • What is go care extended warranty plan?

    Go care extended warranty program replicates the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty against any malfunctions or breakdown which occur during the extended warranty period

  • Can I buy Extended Warranty Pro+ for a refurbished product?

    Go care extended warranty can’t be purchased for products which are refurbished.

  • Can I cancel the extended warranty plan after purchasing it?

    Yes, go care extended warranty plan can be cancelled within 10 days of purchase of the plan

  • When will the policy number be issued after purchasing a go care extended warranty plan?

    Once the customer and product details are submitted, the policy number will be issued within 7 business days. As soon as the policy number is generated and shared with customer, the plan is auto activated.

  • When does the go care extended warranty period start?

    Your extended warranty coverage starts immediately after the expiry of brand warranty.

  • Are physical or accidental damages covered in go care extended warranty program?

    No. Physical damages do not arise out of manufacturing defects and hence are excluded in extended warranty program.

  • Can I request for a service from you even when the product is under manufacturer’s warranty?

    Go care extended warranty services can be availed only during the extended warranty period. If you face any issues during the manufacturing warranty duration, we request you to kindly contact the brand service center helpline.
